    The main features are as follows:

    The paper cutter roller adopts the structure of spiral cutter roller, which effectively solves the problems of paper breaking stability and blade service life.

    The structure of paper cutter roller adopts spiral cutter roller. The original straight cutter is full-cut, while the spiral cutter roller is point-cut, which solves the problems of unstable paper breaking and short service life of the blade caused by the original straight cutter structure.

    Processing mode of folding roller

    After quenching and tempering, high-precision deep-hole machining is adopted to ensure the rigidity and strength of each roll, and all of them are processed by CNC machining center and G3.2-level dynamic balance to ensure the accuracy requirements of folding rolls at high speed.

    Broken paper folding roller

     

    2 paper-breaking and folding rollers, and 3 to 4 paper-breaking bottom knives are evenly distributed on the rollers (the number will vary according to the specifications), so as to ensure that the length of each paper-breaking is 180(+1, -3)mm, and vacuum absorption holes are regularly arranged beside each bottom knife on the roller surface for absorbing the cut base paper and attaching it to the roller surface.

    There are 3-4 paper inserting knives and 3-4 folding V-grooves (the number will vary according to the specifications) on the roller, so as to ensure that the size of the original paper after folding is 90mm(+3, -1), and vacuum absorption holes are regularly arranged beside the knife inserting knives and folding V-grooves on the roller surface for absorbing the cut original paper and attaching it to the roller surface.

    All of them are processed with imported materials, and the bottom knife and suction hole structure ensure that the paper is broken and not turned over at high speed, which makes the finished product more tidy.
