   According to the Ministry of Environmental Protection, imported waste paper is one of the main categories of solid waste that can be used as raw materials in China.    The Ministry of Environmental Protection said that a considerable part of waste paper processing and utilization enterprises are not standardized in management and sewage control measures are not in place. Imported waste paper processing and utilization enterprises should install automatic monitoring equipment and its distribution facilities.

   According to the Ministry of Environmental Protection, there are 4,494 key monitoring enterprises for waste water in the list of national key monitoring enterprises announced in 2013, including more than 100 imported waste paper processing and utilization enterprises, accounting for more than 30% of approved waste paper enterprises. The request for comment drafts should be included in the list of national key monitoring enterprises. The main pollutant automatic monitoring equipment should be installed or improved, and networked with the competent environmental protection department.
